De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) has been officially recognized as a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-registered Training and Assessment Center, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs.
With the issuance of the Certificates of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) by TESDA Region IV-A, the University is now authorized to deliver both training and competency assessment for the following qualifications:
- Tourism Promotion Services NC II
- Computer Systems Servicing NC II
- Bookkeeping NC III.
Previously recognized as a TESDA Assessment Center, DLSU-D can now complete the full-service cycle of TVET — from skills training to national certification — within its own campus. The programs are open to both DLSU-D and non-DLSU-D learners, extending access to industry-recognized credentials for a broader community.
With official TESDA registration, qualified learners may now access scholarship programs and government-supported training assistance. This opens new opportunities for deserving students and advances the University’s Lasallian commitment to inclusive, transformative education.
This milestone reflects DLSU-D’s continued responsiveness to industry demands and its dedication to integrating academic excellence with practical, employable skills formation. As the University strengthens its TVET initiatives, it further solidifies its position as a dynamic institution committed to serving both learners and the broader community.
