De Sa Salle University-Dasmariñas high school students recently flew to La Salle University-Ozamiz City to participate in De La Salle Philippines’ Academic and Cultural Festival 2019 with the theme: "One La Salle: A Glimpse of Excellence – Year 4!"
The delegates from DLSU-D will present two studies – “A Modelling Study of Current and Future Climatic Suitability of Robusta Coffee (Coffea canephora) in Amadeo Cavite using Arduino-based technology,” and “A qualitative study on the cultural and curricular adjustment of foreign students and host institution in DLSU-D.” The studies will be presented by Grade 12 students Ma. Isabel Tendido, Kyla Rose Macalanda, Louis Chris Marianne Ladonga Dalag and Yukio Naugnayan Estrella.
Meanwhile, Grade 8-10 students who will join the Quiz Bee include Hannah Christine Gwyneth Iloco, Xyra Francince Martinez, Bernadette Ponce, Hannah Patricia Magallanes, Wynchelle Reanne Magnaye, Hazel Carla Reyes and Jondell Grantusa. Grade 12 representative Eloisa Mercado will be joining the cultural event with her rendition of the Visayan song Dandansoy.
The DLSP Academic and Cultural Festival 2019 is an annual event that showcases the intellectual abilities and talents of Grades 4 to 12 students from Lasallian basic education schools nationwide.
