Register and log in to DLSU-D Admissions Portal at https://www.dlsud.edu.ph/aboutAdmissionsPortal.htm
Upload the following documents to your Admissions Portal account:
For the admission status, check your Admissions Portal within three (3) working days after submitting the online application.
Pay the NONREFUNDABLE Application Fee of ₱500 and Confirmation Fee of ₱3,500 (deductible from tuition; medical fee excluded) or a total of ₱4,000 through the following designated payment channels using the payment reference number:
0000 + Application ID Number (for NON-DLSUD students)
Student Number (for DLSUD students)
Upload the payment receipt to your Admissions Portal account.
A NOTICE OF SLOT CONFIRMATION will be sent to your registered email address within five (5) working days after uploading the payment receipt or log in to DLSU-D Admissions Portal for your admission status and follow the enrollment procedures indicated.
Once pre-registered you are now one step away from enrolling your child. To move forward from registration to enrollment, follow the steps below:

To qualify for enrollment, your child needs to pre-register the subjects he/she has to take and enroll.
Students can pay at counter 14, 15 or 16, or at any accredited payment centers listed:
A student may pay in full or in installment. If payment will be made in installment, the scheme will be:
A student who paid in full upon enrollment is entitled to a rebate of 4% on tuition fee only to be credited / forwarded to the next semester’s enrollment.
For a student who paid in installment basis, the outstanding balance should be paid before the final exam to avoid penalties. Penalties will be applied on the total unpaid balance after the first day of the midterm exam computed as follows:
A student is considered enrolled if he paid at least the down payment during enrollment.
A student may pay in cash or check. If the check was returned by the bank for any reason, the student will no longer allowed to pay in check and a penalty will be imposed. Payment through checks will not be accepted for old account balances three (3) weeks before the final examination.
Penalty for late payment of enrollment fees starts on the first day of classes.
The student’s portal will be blocked for students who were not able to settle accountabilities as scheduled
Refund for excess payment for the semester, other than the rebates, will be processed only upon request and will be required to submit the following documents: original registration form, original official receipts and dropping form.
Student refund may be claimed at counter 13. Claimants should present valid ID. An authorization letter is necessary if another person will claim the refund. The representative should also bring a photocopy of the valid ID of the student and the representative.
