Grade 12 STEM students of DLSU-D Senior High School recently participated in Analog Devices Inc. Junior Aspirant Program, an inititiave of the Young Professional Network's (YPN) to inspire senior high school students to pursue engineering-related courses.
The students were exposed to the responsibilities and skills needed in the field of engineering, and the engineering career opportunities in Analog Devices Inc. Philippines. They also got a glimpse of ADI Philippines facilities, engineering and manufacturing operations, and ADI Philippines B4 Solar Panels.
Students were also assigned to ADI Engineer mentors to learn and gain insights from engineers' career stories and real-life experiences. The last part of the program was a panel discussion where students were given an opportunity to ask questions regarding engineering courses and career-building.
The latest batch of students was the eighth group to participate in ADI's Junior Aspirant Program.
