- Quality Education through Service and Transformation (QUEST) - a service-learning program that combines academic learning with meaningful community service by actively engaging students in organized service activities that address partner community and institution needs.
- Social Engagement and Formation (SEF) – an advocacy-driven Lasallian formation program that guides and provides the academic community with the experience and opportunities to be actively involved in socially responsible projects, activities, and capacity building to revitalize their Lasallian identity and mission that respond to social issues and needs that effect social change.
- Sustainable Development Programs – multifaceted services that aim to create transformative, sustainable, and inclusive community development programs guided by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals and the key principles of the Social Teaching of the Church. These services operate on the following thrusts:
- Sustainable and Resilient Communities – work collaboratively and innovatively with (partner) communities in building up sustainable and resilient communities that can thrive, adapt, minimize risks, and recover self-sufficiently amid challenges brought by natural, economic, and social adversity. This thrust has special concern and preference for:
- Environment and DRRM – aims at systematic and coordinated initiatives and responses to environmental issues to protect and promote a sustainable planet for every generation and use systematic approaches in the assessment, planning, implementation of systems and practices that mitigate and reduce the risks and effects of disasters.
- Social Entrepreneurship – promote and design entrepreneurship among marginalized sectors that aim to develop, assist, fund, and implement socially responsive projects that deal with social, cultural, economic, and environmental problems.
- Health and Well-being – promotes preventive health care and wellness to the economically disadvantaged and offers health education and services.
- Social Equity and Inclusion – involves raising awareness to end all forms of discrimination, harmful practices, and violence, ensuring full and effective participation, equal opportunities, and leadership for everyone. It also includes supporting access to services and economic resources, undertaking reforms to provide equal rights, and promoting sound policies and enforceable legislation to advance equality and empowerment.
- Research Innovation, Monitoring and Evaluation (RIME)– (Monitoring, generating data) - ensures initiatives and services are data-driven, effective, and responsive to the evolving needs of communities and sectors it serves and facilitates data management, material, and tool development.
- Partnerships and Resource Development (resource mobilization)– establish and maintain partnership with like-minded organizations. Focuses on leveraging human resources, such as volunteers and experts; securing financial support through grants and donations; acquiring physical assets like facilities and technology; and offering training to enhance capacity. Additionally, it promotes global engagement to broaden the reach and impact of its initiatives.
