The Language Learning Center offers the following programs:
Language Proficiency Program (LPP)
The center offers onsite and online programs in various world languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Filipino, and more, catering to students of all levels. In addition to regular language courses, the LLC also organizes annual language proficiency programs, English for International Communication courses, and language and culture camps.
DLSU-D English Language Proficiency Assessment (DELPA)
The LLC plays a vital role in ensuring the language readiness of foreign student applicants to DLSU-D; hence, part of the Admission and LLC processes, is to assess their language proficiency so they can be provided with language learning opportunities to increase their proficiency suitable to their level and field.
LLC has also managed the administration of International standardized tests to measure the English Proficiency of the university students, such as the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) and Pearson English Placement test. TOEIC, in coordination with Princeton Assessments and Training, Inc., has been administered to 2nd and graduating students for 15 years now. Global Scale of English Test, in partnership with Pearson, is also being utilized for 4 years now to measure English proficiency. Both are aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

The Center also takes the lead in conducting intensive and flexible TESOL teacher-training certificate courses to equip current and prospective teachers of English with the necessary skills to effectively teach English to speakers of other languages.
