International Conference on Values and Religious Education

Register now International Conference on Values And Religious Education 2023

Theme: Nurturing Dialogue, Inclusiveness and Mission through Values and Religious Education

The educational process has always been described as a life-long journey. For as long as a person lives, most people are continually learning, and the teaching-learning process never ends. Education, therefore, must inspire people to a lifelong journey of learning and teaching as well.

This International Conference on Values and Religious Education (ICVRE) is a step in this educational journey. It is important for educators, researchers, students, and facilitators of values and religious education in public and private basic and higher education levels to take time to gather, share, present and discuss, listen, and learn among themselves experiences and challenges, practices and programs, current perspectives and research findings that will help improve values and religious formation programs.

Inspired by the spirit of the forthcoming Synod of Bishops of the Catholic Church in 2023, ICVRE 2023 adopts the theme “Nurturing Dialogue, Inclusiveness and Mission through Values and Religious Education.” It is the main objective of this international conference to provide a forum for discussions with a particular focus on the dialogic and inclusive nature of values and religious education and its relevance and implications in the mission of educators.

Objectives

This international conference is open to values and religious educators, students and researchers, campus ministers, catechists, and pastoral workers, religious and lay leaders and other professionals involved in different values and religious formation programs and activities. ICVRE 2023 aims to:
