The School of Governance, Public Service, and Corporate Leadership (SGPSCL) of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) officially launched the Lasallian Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) through a two-day seminar-workshop on sustainability leadership.
The training took place at the Pilipinas NM, Inc. Seminar Room, located within the First Cavite Industrial Estate in Langkaan I, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite. It was attended by managers and supervisors of Pilipinas NM, Inc., equipping them with essential knowledge and tools for leading in today’s rapidly evolving organizational landscape.
The seminar workshop was facilitated by Dr. Rommel M. Mazo, Prof. Marlon C. Pareja, and Dr. Jacqueline L. Morta, who guided participants through key topics central to sustainability and leadership development. These included Foundations of Sustainability Leadership, Systems Thinking and System Dynamics, Data-Driven and Human-Centered Management, Transformational Strategies for Managing People, Performance, and Motivation, and Theory of Change.
Through interactive sessions and practical discussions, participants explored strategies for building resilient organizations, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and aligning business practices with sustainable and people-centered approaches.
The Lasallian LAMP is designed to support leaders and organizations across various sectors—including government, non-government, education, corporate, and industry—by providing training programs grounded in Lasallian values and responsive leadership practices.
By extending this initiative beyond the University, SGPSCL continues to strengthen its role in developing leaders who are not only competent in management but also committed to driving sustainable and meaningful change in their respective fields.
