Partners The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the University share resources and knowledge on promoting and implementing sustainable programs in and outside campus. DLSU-D works closely with the provincial and local governments of Cavite through research initiatives under the 50-year Cavite Development Research Program. DLSU-D actively contributed to Green for LIFE: One Million Trees and Beyond Project tree-planting activities and reforestation programs that promote the propagation and caring for indigenous species. DLSU-D is among the partners of the Lasallian Institute for the Environment in promoting sustainable practice among Lasallian schools. DLSU-D continously innovates and collaborates with the Animo Lab, the technology business enterprise of De La Salle University. DLSU-D is part of the Laudato Si Gen-Pilipinas, the youth initiative of the Global Catholic Climate Movement (GCCM) to seek sustainable and integral development together and work together in building our Common Home. The DLSU-D partners with the Ecowaste Coalition and collaborates through research and programs. The University also supports agenda geared for the conservation and protection of the environment. The Lasallian Vigilance for Environmental Development ia a student group of advocates for environmental education and protection. Colleges and Student Governments regularly collaborates with the University's sustainable initiatives. DLSU-D partners with Greenpeace Southeast Asia by supporting and implementing environmental activities, as well as lobbying with governments for sustainable energy issues..
