- Only vehicles with the current school year’s vehicle sticker are allowed to enter the campus.
- The vehicle sticker is issued only to students, employees, POLCA officers, concessionaires, suppliers of the concessionaires, transport provider, service provider and contractual employees.
- Only vehicles registered under the name of the applicant or his/her spouse or his/her parents are entitled to a vehicle sticker;
- A vehicle sticker cannot be used as a substitute for an identification (ID) card.
- Issuance of a vehicle sticker is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS and each applicant can apply for two (2) vehicles only. The cost of vehicle sticker is Six Hundred Pesos (Php600.00) for four wheels and One Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php120.00) for motorcycles. Applicants who will apply for his/her 2nd vehicle will be paying Nine Hundred Pesos (Php900.00) for four wheels and Two Hundred Forty Pesos (Php240.00) for motorcycles. (Ecosystem service fee included to all vehicle entry pass sticker applications equivalent to 20% of the sticker cost.)
- Payment for stickers shall only be transacted at the cashier.
- Public utility vehicles (jeepneys, taxicabs, tricycles or all those with yellow car plates) need not apply for stickers even if they are owned by the students, employees, POLCA officers, concessionaires, suppliers of the concessionaires. These are not allowed to enter the campus.
- Government owned vehicles (with red plate) will not be issued a vehicle sticker.
- Motorcycle drivers are required to wear their helmet with ICC sticker and remove them upon entry at the gate for identification purposes. Only one (1) back rider with helmet shall be allowed to enter the campus.
- A vehicle sticker is valid for one (1) school year only. In case that the students do not enroll for the 2nd semester of the school year, the vehicle sticker shall be automatically cancelled. In case of LOA (Leave of Absence), the same procedure shall apply.
- The maximum speed limit of 20 kph shall be observed at all times for all types of vehicles including motorcycle (please refer to student handbook Section 19.3.1.G);
- The guard on duty is authorized to inspect the vehicle’s compartment and under chassis upon entry and exit;
- Vehicles should be parked at the designated parking areas on a first-come-first-served basis. Parked vehicles are not allowed to run engine on idle for more than 3 minutes;
- Road signs should be strictly followed. No blowing of horns and no obstruction while inside the campus;
- The school is not liable for any damage or loss of the vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to; force majeure, vehicular accident/collision, deliberately caused damage done by other person;
- Overnight parking is not allowed.
- Heavily tinted vehicles, smoke belchers, lowered (less than 6.5” ground clearance) and those with loud mufflers will not be issued a vehicle entry pass sticker. Stickers issued to vehicles, which were found to be violating the existing policies and guidelines on traffic rules and regulations shall be subject for cancellation of vehicle entry pass sticker. (please refer to student handbook Section 19.3).
- Sanction for any infraction regarding traffic violation on any of these policies will be under the decision of the SWAFO for students (please refer to student handbook Section 19.3) and for employees, POLCA officers, concessionaires and suppliers of the concessionaires are requested to proceed to the General Services Office.
- The General Services Office (GSO) takes charge of screening applications, issuing and controlling of vehicle stickers.
- All vehicle entry pass sticker applications shall be processed by GSO upon completion of the following requirements
- Stickers of sold vehicles should be surrendered to the GSO before application for another sticker.
- Guidelines on traffic rules and regulations should be strictly followed. (Please refer to Section 19.3 of the Student Handbook.)
