A retirement and senior engagement initiative of the DLSU-D
Human Resource Management Office (HRMO). It aims to honor the legacy of retiring employees by supporting their transition, celebrating their contributions, and empowering them through continuous learning, wellness programs, and purposeful post-retirement engagement.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the program contributes to:

Faculty & Staff Recognition
The Faculty and Staff Recognition Program, held annually and spearheaded by the DLSU-D Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), honors the unwavering commitment, excellence, and dedicated service of Lasallian educators and personnel. This yearly celebration reinforces DG 4: Employee Engagement and Development, promoting a culture of appreciation, professional growth, and holistic well-being across the University.

Animo Moves: The DLSU-D Employees’ Sportsfest
The DLSU-D Employees’ Sportsfest is an annual celebration of unity, wellness, and active participation among Lasallian employees. Spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) and coordinated with the Sports Office and other La Salle schools, this event reflects the University’s commitment to holistic employee development and the promotion of global sustainability goals.
