The Formation Program is intended for students who have committed a major offense and were given a sanction of either suspension or alternative sanction (office work). This aims to help students with violations recognize their mistakes and eventually learn from them.
The following students shall be required to undergo the Formation Program:
- Students who have committed a major offense, whether they are currently enrolled, have already transferred to another school, or have already graduated from this University
- Students who have served/finished their sanction (either suspension or alternative sanction)
The Vanguards of Student Discipline (VSD) is composed of bona fide students of DLSU-D who shall serve as affiliates of SWAFO and serve as role models in upholding proper discipline to lead students to learn, re-learn, and unlearn, by being keen observers of any untoward incidents, issues and/or concerns within the university premises.
Students who may apply as members of VSD are:
- Volunteer students
- Successful Formation Program participants
- Students with probationary status
A special program on discipline education created to help in promoting a respectful, safe, and peaceful campus environment by educating students on the importance of discipline and introducing the role of the SWAFO to eventually reduce incidence or commission of major and minor violations.
