The Treasury Office is responsible for managing and safekeeping of the funds of the University. Primarily, the Office ensures that the University has the money to manage its day-to-day operations, while also helping its long-term financial strategy and policies.

The Office handles the collection of University fees, donations and various payments from the University’s internal and external clients, and the disbursement of funds to pay for the University expenditures.

The Treasury Office also handles the University’s investments, ensuring its liquidity and the proper management of financial risks.

There are two sections under Treasury Office namely:

• Cashier section
• Disbursement section
